terms and conditions of delivery

Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. scope

These Terms and Conditions of Delivery apply to all orders placed through this print-on-demand online store (“Store”). By placing an order, customers agree to these delivery terms in addition to the Store’s general terms and conditions.

2. print-on-demand production

All products are produced individually after an order has been placed. Products are not kept in stock unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Because items are made to order:

  • production begins shortly after payment confirmation;
  • delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination;
  • slight variations in color, print positioning, or material may occur due to the printing process.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. delivery areas

The Store currently delivers to:

  • Germany
  • European Union member states
  • Selected international destinations

Availability of shipping destinations may change without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery to their destination country is legally permitted.

4. delivery times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and on product pages where applicable.

Typical estimated timelines:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping within Germany: 1–5 business days
  • Shipping within the EU: 3–10 business days
  • International shipping: 5–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delays caused by customs processing, transport providers, force majeure, strikes, or seasonal demand are outside the Store’s control.

5. shipping providers

Orders may be shipped using third-party logistics and delivery providers, including postal and courier services.

The Store reserves the right to choose the shipping provider unless a specific shipping method has been selected and paid for by the customer.

6. shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. partial deliveries

If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on production location and availability.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs for partial deliveries unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

8. incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

The Store is not liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate customer information.

9. transfer of risk

For consumers within the meaning of German law (§ 13 BGB), the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers (§ 14 BGB), risk transfers upon handover to the shipping provider.

10. damaged or lost shipments

Customers should inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • the customer should document the damage with photographs;
  • where possible, damage should be reported to the delivery carrier upon receipt;
  • the customer should contact the Store without undue delay.

Claims regarding lost shipments or delivery problems should generally be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

11. returns and right of withdrawal

As products are individually manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code (BGB).

This exclusion applies particularly to:

  • customized prints;
  • made-to-order items;
  • personalized products.

Non-personalized items may still be eligible for return according to applicable consumer protection laws and the Store’s return policy.

Defective or incorrectly produced items remain covered by statutory warranty rights.

12. customs and import regulations

For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.

The Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

13. force majeure

The Store shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • war;
  • strikes;
  • pandemics;
  • governmental restrictions;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • supply chain interruptions.
