Thinking is perhaps the more philosophical aspect of typo. As for what the poster actually means… typo has no idea. It’s more that it hopefully encourages people to think. Let it at least serve as an motivation to really think things through.
And too encourages people to think there is also a GIPHY available. Check this link here. It’s not that a GIPHY helps you think more clearly, but it’s just fun.
