Why doesn’t typo chaotic have any reviews on its own website? Because Typo believes that many of these reviews are completely inaccurate. For example, I recently bought a bike from what the reviews claimed was one of the best bike shops in Berlin. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. After the sale, the owner wasn’t nearly as friendly anymore and the service was poor. After a few visits, it became clear that I wasn’t the only one who’d had a bad experience with that bike shop. And yet they had some truly brilliant reviews. This example isn’t an isolated one. The chair from the Swedish furniture store, which was supposedly so good according to the reviews, turned out not to be good at all. And that brilliant little restaurant with 4.5 stars turned out to be downright bad. As the owner of this website, typo doesn’t want to fall into this review trap either, which is why there are no reviews on the website itself.
